bump watch - 35 & 36 weeks

My coworkers threw me a shower, part 3 last weekend:

And here's me today - big, hot and cranky. I've felt pretty good until it got super hot and humid last weekend.

class, part two

We finished our childbirth classes tonight! It was helpful prep and definitely alleviated some anxiety and fear of the unknown. I'm still surprised none of the class covered infant care. There is another class, Mommy and Me (what about dads?), that covers some basics, but not sure we'll take that or not.

I need to pack my hospital bag this weekend...I have the basic hospital checklist, but let me know if there's something you took/didn't take that you'd like to share.

Big thank you to Nikki, Natalie and Erika for throwing a wonderful shower for all the Chicago-area girls. We enjoyed delicious food, including fun treats like mini cupcakes and mimosas (mommy even had a little and baby approved).
